How It Works
Step 1: Scheduling
We coordinate with your facilities team to schedule flights on non-student days — weekends, intersession, school holidays, or break periods. No disruption to instruction. No students on campus during operations.
Step 2: The Flights
Twice a year we fly every campus in your district with our DJI Matrice 4T, capturing high-resolution RGB imagery of every rooftop surface. A typical campus takes under an hour. We handle all FAA compliance, airspace notifications, and safety protocols.
Step 3: Platform Delivery
Imagery is processed, georegistered against your prior flights, and published to your district’s CampusView platform within 5 business days. Your M&O team reviews, annotates, and compares every campus against its own history — from their office, whenever they need to.
Step 4: Year-Over-Year Visibility
Every flight builds on the last. Track changes to specific roof sections over time. Document conditions for capital planning, bond campaigns, and warranty claims. The data is yours, and it accumulates.

A few things worth knowing about our pricing
Pricing is per campus. Most Bay Area unified districts have between 15 and 30 sites; a typical district subscription totals roughly $35K–$50K per year, well within facilities and operations discretionary range, and a small fraction of any active capital or bond budget.
We carry $2 million in commercial liability insurance and are happy to provide a certificate of insurance as part of any vendor setup process.
